Pest control website design
A website that turns "I just saw a roach" into a booked inspection: a page for every pest you treat, your service area, and a phone number that is always one tap away. One monthly fee, nothing upfront.
Pest control is one of the most urgent searches a homeowner makes. Nobody researches termite companies for fun; they search because they just found wings on the windowsill or droppings in the pantry, usually on their phone, and they call one of the first companies that looks trustworthy and serves their area. A pest control website has one job: be that company.
Most pest control sites are built on generic templates or bundled with a scheduling app, and they show it: one "services" page listing twenty pests, no clear service area, and a contact form buried at the bottom. We build each site by hand around how your customers actually search: by the pest ("termite treatment", "bed bug exterminator", "mosquito control"), by the place ("pest control in Lakeland") and by urgency ("same-day exterminator").
Built for recurring revenue, not just one-off calls
The money in pest control is in quarterly and monthly service plans. A good website sells them: a page that explains what a general pest plan covers, how often you come, what happens if pests come back between visits, and what it costs or how it is priced. Customers who understand the plan before you call them are easier to convert and less likely to cancel.
Service-area pages that are actually useful
You probably cover a dozen towns. We do not create a dozen copies of the same page with the town name swapped; Google treats that as spam and customers can tell. Instead, we build one clear service-area page with the towns and zip codes you cover, and separate pages only for the areas where you have something specific to say: a local office, a common local pest problem, or reviews from customers there.
What a pest control website needs
- A call button that is always visible on mobile. Most pest searches are urgent and happen on a phone.
- A page for each main pest or service: termites, general pest, rodents, mosquitoes, bed bugs, lawn pests, written in the words customers use.
- Your service area, spelled out: towns, zip codes, and how fast you can usually get there.
- Plain information about your service plans: what is covered, how often you visit, re-treatment guarantees and how pricing works.
- Trust signals that are real: your license, years in business, reviews from actual customers and photos of your actual team and trucks.
- Answers about safety: pets, children, and what customers need to do before and after a treatment. It is one of the most common questions.
Florida rules that affect a pest control website
Pest control in Florida is licensed by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under Chapter 482 of the Florida Statutes, and that includes how you advertise:
- Only licensed businesses can advertise pest control. Section 482.191 makes it unlawful to solicit, practice, perform or advertise in pest control except as the chapter allows, so the website should advertise under the business name and license you actually hold.
- Keep claims accurate. Guarantees, "pet-safe" or "eco-friendly" wording and price promises are advertising claims; make sure each one matches what you actually do and put conditions where they apply.

What it costs
No upfront payment and no minimum term. The domain is registered in your name. How monthly plans compare with paying once.
Questions from pest control companies
With _luma, a pest control website of up to 5 pages costs $129 a month with no upfront payment, including design, hosting, the domain, maintenance and content changes. A single landing page for one service or campaign, such as termite inspections or mosquito season, costs $99 a month.
Yes. We can add a quote request form that goes straight to your email or phone, a click-to-call button on every page, and a link to the scheduling tool you already use for routes and service plans.
For the pests you most want to sell, yes. People search for the specific problem, like termites, bed bugs or rodents, so a page about each one, with what you do, how long it takes and how it is priced, matches those searches far better than one long list of services.
Yes. We work with pest control companies anywhere in the US. We are based in Miramar, Florida, so we know Florida's licensing rules best, but the site structure works for any state.
No. Each site is designed and coded by hand for the company. The monthly fee covers design, hosting, the domain, maintenance and content changes, with no upfront payment and no minimum term.
